Cycle U's Indoor Cycling Registration Now Open for Winter 2012

Seattle, Wash. - Register now for Winter 2012 Indoor Cycling. Classes start the week of November 19.
The next session of ICE and ICE light are now open for registration for the Nov. 19 - Jan. 20 session. This first 8 weeks has been amazing as new riders get to experience Spin Scan pedal stroke analysis, correct workouts and detailed stats while they ride. We are already seeing some big improvements.

Cycle U is excited to add a few class times as they had a number of sold out classes this fall. They added a 5:30 a.m. Mon/Wed and moved the early classes to 4:30 p.m. and late class to 6:15 p.m., based on feedback.
