2012 MVA Dinner & Fundraising Auction

The Marymoor Velodrome Association's Annual Dinner & Fundraiser Auction is only 17 days away. This year's event will be on Saturday, October 27, at the Community Center at Mercer View on Mercer Island (The Mercer Island Community Center, 8236 SE 24th Street, Mercer Island). The Dinner & Fundraiser Auction will be a great opportunity to recap the 2012 season, present awards to the 2012 season award recipients and raise money to invest in tomorrow’s champions today.
Doors will open at 6 p.m., kicking off the silent auction.
There will also be an awards presentation for the season's top five racers in the Elite 1/2's, Cat 3's and Elite Women's Categories. Results are available at www.velodrome.org/mva/node/58
This year, our speaker will be Wendy Boglioli, long time member of the MVA community and a gold medalist from 1976 Montreal Summer Olympics. In addition, Conor Klupar will talk about his experiences at Junior Worlds and coming up through the MVA programs. Finally, Jeff Pyatt will be the auctioneer for our always popular Live Auction.
